Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• We do not accept returns for used, opened, or damaged products unless they are faulty or incorrect upon delivery.

Refund Process

Contact our customer service team at sales@perfumestop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used perfumes.
• Gift cards and personalized items are also non-returnable.
