Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
    • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

How to Cancel an Order

Contact us at sales@perfumestop.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request.

  • If the order has not been processed for dispatch, we will issue a full refund.
    • If the order has already been shipped, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund for Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order has already been dispatched.
